Artist's Comments
I followed this old man up a hill which normally takes me about three or four minutes to walk up, realizing things I've never before. Ten minutes later, he comes to a halt. He then composes a muffled tingle from his pockets, thus revealing his keys proceeding to open the gate to his apartment building. At this point, he sees me. I flash him a thankful smile and he acknowledges me with a nod and a "hello". After experiencing the absorption he does, I continued the rest of my day in his pace.
